This plush residence being built in The Golf Links (Delhi’s noble residential area) is a biological spectacle. This area institutes numerous houses surrounding vibrant and lush landscaped garden views and capacious planning.

The design scheme follows contemporary minimalism, which is our preferred design style. Based on the fundamentals of horizontal and vertical interaction between indoors with outdoors, an open plan concept has been introduced. With enormous openings in the front and rear along with a few cut-outs at the terrace level, the house acquires an abundance of natural and ventilation. The amalgamation of an exotic material palette including zinc, glass, wood and metal facade create a harmonious yet minimalistic effect on the overall geometry of the project.

The notion of assimilating a sustainable design concept here is to curb the jeopardy of the hot and dry climate while taking the advantage of exuberant landscaped gardens of Lutyens Delhi.
