Twisted Tower  |  Area - 5000 sq. m.   |  Gurgaon, India, Unbuilt

A Timeless design, the building is designed to seemingly break through the verticality of a skyline by wrapping a Double-Glazed DGU Glass twisting and shielding the South and South-western façade of the building. Large Spill-out spaces have been provided throughout the Project for constant rejuvenation of the user.

Lush greens are used around to balance the carbon footprint emitted by the building. Adding to it is the luxurious terrace garden. Double glazing, in-house cooling towers and interior light bulb fixture calculation, leads to a platinum certification of LEED. Service floors on the 12th floor have been reduced in the floor plate to increase the wind flow and the overall drag of the building.

Two restaurants with a gathering area and an infinity pool is provided in the middle and at the top of the building, overlooking the city lights. The twisted towers are neo-futurism at it’s best.
